Inside Sales Representative

Mechanic International is an established family business based in Asse. Since 1996, we have been the go-to specialist in mechanical security solutions, as well as the sale and rental of containers and modular solutions for various sectors, including construction, transport, government, industry, and events.

Are you interested in or experienced in container projects? Or do you have some knowledge of mechanical security systems? Then you are the person we are looking for to join our team!

What will you be doing?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will keep all our commercial processes running smoothly. You will support the Account Manager and ensure flawless administrative and commercial follow-up:

• Support: You assist the Account Manager with all daily commercial activities.

• Quotations & Orders: You carefully prepare quotations, follow up on projects from A to Z, and process incoming orders.

• File Management: You monitor agreed-upon commitments and closely track the progress of ongoing files.

• Customer Contact: You act as a key and trusted point of contact for both clients and suppliers.

• Service: Thanks to your proactive and meticulous approach, clients experience a professional and personal service every day.

Who are you?

• You work accurately and in a structured manner, and you excel at planning and setting priorities.

• You are customer-oriented, enjoy unburdening others, and possess commercial acumen.

• You have strong communication skills, take the initiative, and are confident in making independent decisions.

• You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good working knowledge of French and English.

• You handle company and customer information discreetly and reliably.

• You have a flexible mindset and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• You are comfortable working with database software and have a strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• You hold at least a secondary school diploma supplemented by relevant experience in a similar role, or you possess a bachelor's degree.
